Holidays at SeaWorld Orlando®
Christmas comes to life with a show that includes towering water fountains, brilliant fireworks and some of the most talented ice skaters in the world. Another favorite show is Clyde and Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas, a comedy with the popular Clyde and Seamore sea lions, and a few playful otters and a ho-ho-ho, giant jolly walrus or two. The Polar Express Experience at SeaWorld Orlando®
SeaWorld Orlando will once again transform its Wild Arctic attraction into a Christmas-themed simulator ride, the Polar Express Experience, based on the popular Chris Van Allsburg book and the animated 2004 Warner Bros. movie. The transformation includes reprograms of the ride’s video, audio and special effects so visitors can imagine they are actually riding the Polar Express train. Shamu Christmas…Miracles
Jolly up for a special Shamu Christmas at SeaWorld Orlando® show from Nov. -Dec. 2013. Every year, the Universal/Macy’s partnership fills the streets with many of the iconic parade elements that wind through New York City each year at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The popular event features colorful holiday characters, fantasy-filled floats, a tree-lighting ceremony by Santa Claus and a plethora of larger-than-life balloons. A special note for travelers: the Macy’s Holiday Parade also has select park guests participate in the procession as balloon-handlers guiding the helium giants, a truly unique and exclusive experience to Universal Orlando Resort visitors.
